Thicker lawn, from the roots

Aeration & Overseeding

Let your lawn breathe, then fill it in.

Compacted soil chokes a lawn. Core aeration pulls plugs out of the whole yard, reducing compaction and opening the soil so air, water and nutrients can reach the roots again. We follow it with overseeding to fill in thin and patchy areas while the seed has perfect soil contact.

Late summer and early fall are the sweet spot: warm soil, cooler nights and fewer weeds give new grass the best start, so the lawn comes back thicker next spring. Pair it with dethatching for lawns that need a full reset.

  • Core aeration across the entire yard
  • Reduces compaction, improves air and water flow
  • Overseeding to fill thin spots and bare patches
  • Best scheduled late summer into early fall
  • Pairs well with dethatching for a full lawn reset
